We joined Fongyuan Toastmaster club almost at the same time 14 years ago to learn the skills of communication and leadership. Quite frankly, I didn’t pay much attention to the program of Toastmaster as you did at beginning. But after my observation for long time, I witnessed those you, as well as other members such as Dennis Chen or Charles Chan, were learning intensively, even took club’s officer position to serve members enthusiastically , also dedicated to charter new clubs and finally promoted to become Division Governor ?? an excellent leader. You had made a big contribution to Toastmasters. Your sincerity and enthusiasm have affected many members. Following your step, I started my service by accepting the position as VPPR of FYTC in 2002 to serve members. Several years later, I was elected to the highest position as District Governor of D?67 in 2009 under members’endless encouragement and support. I obtained the position and honor just because I followed your spirit to serve members sincerely.
我們前後加入豐原英語演講會，共同學習溝通與領導技巧，迄今已逾十四年了。老實說，前幾年中，我並不像你那樣全心投入。但目睹你們，包括陳祚苑及詹德聰等會友們，專心學習，又擔任分會幹部熱心服務會員，並且致力推廣及創立新會，而後被選為部總監，成為最傑出的領導人。對國際演會而言，貢獻良多。你的熱誠奉獻精神，已感動了許多會友。我也是受了你們的感召，而在2002 年決定擔任豐原分會的公關副會長，開始服務會友。爾後，受大家的鼓勵與支持，晉升到擔任總會長的職位。我有這個榮幸，就是受到你的感召而決定追隨你的腳步，以熱忱的服務來領導整個大團隊。
