Pat Johnson, DTM,
has been a manager and leader in corporate, government, not-for-profit
and self-employed business worlds for more than 25 years. She is
experienced in strategic and financial planning as well as writing and
revising policies and procedures. Her experience includes executive
coaching for communication, conflict and change in the corporate world.
A Toastmaster since 1983, Johnson credits Toastmasters with improving
her life. “TI has provided me with an opportunity and laboratory where I
was encouraged to discover who I was, who and what I wanted to become,
what I was capable of, surrounded by supportive colleagues. I’m a better
community member, parent, employee, leader, friend and manager because
of what I have learned."
Johnson lives in this Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where she
enjoys music, travel, walking and studying different cultures.
