<如何當好裁判>
課程目的；深入說明裁判標準的內涵，讓受訓者掌握評分精神，日後擔任裁判時，能公正評分，有意參賽者，據以規劃更精采的演講。
課程目標
在預計時間內，透過講解、互動、問答、實務演練等多種方式，讓參與會員清楚了解各項評分標準與給分判斷，避免在執行裁判職責時自我解讀，儘可能達到客觀公正。
