親愛的幹部們： Can your club add five new, dual , or reinstated members between February 1- March 31 ? By doing so you'll qualify to receive a Talk Up Award ribbon to dispaly on your club's banner. The club will also earn a choice of one module from The Better Speaker Sereies, The Successful Club Series, or The Leadership Excellence Series. Transfer and charter member do not count for credit. There is no need to apply for this award.
