Dear D67 members,
It is with great sadness to share that we have lost an
outstanding and passionate member, Queenie Lu Sharpe.
I still remember first meeting her during the 2015-2016
Chinese Evaluation Contest. On stage, she was very confident
and her analysis was on point. She always had on a big smile
and friendly, helping to ease my nervousness in my first
contest.
In 2020, while I was serving as the Club Growth Director, I
invited her to become D67's Club Mentor Chair and share her
successful experience in mentoring new clubs. Queenie said
"yes" immediately. We chartered 10 clubs that year and I
want to thank Queenie for her dedication and service as a
member of the CGD team.
Even though Queenie became ill, but she always told me
passionately and affirmatively that if the District needed
her, as long as she was well enough to do so, she would be
more than happy to help. Her spirit of service and
proactively helping others touched me greatly.
Dear Queenie, although it is with great sadness that you
have left us, but I am happy you are now free from suffering
and in Heaven.
Dear Queenie, we will always remember you and be forever
grateful to you!

非常難過而不捨的要通知所有第67地區的演講會會友們，我們失去了一位非常優秀且熱心的會友，呂玲慧 Queenie Lu,
Sharpe.
我和Queenie 第一次相識，是在2015-16年的國語講評演講比賽，我們倆是同時參賽的戰友.
她在台上表現非常有自信，邏輯分析能力也很強. 她總是笑容滿面，和藹可親，化解了我初次參賽的緊張.
2020年我擔任總會分會成長執行長時，想借重她輔導新會的成功經驗，來分享給新創會的輔導人. 於是邀請她擔任分會成長(CGD)團隊的新會輔導人主席(Club
Mentor Chair), Queenie 非常熱心，一口就答應了. 那年新創10個分會，感謝Queenie
共同在總會分會成長的團隊服務付出.
後來，雖然Queenie生病了, 但她總是熱心的告訴我，如果總會有需要她服務的地方，只要身體狀況允許，她都願意幫忙.
她的服務精神，她的主動助人的大愛精神，讓我非常的感動.
Dear Queenie, 雖然我有萬般的難過與不捨您的離去，但是也很高興您能夠解脫痛苦. 逍遙自在的在天家安息。
Dear Queenie, 我們永遠想念您! 感謝您！
