日前葛淑蘭前F4分區總監電話告知，我們敬愛的優秀部總監，黄淑媛前F部總監離開我們了。
我們十分難過，不捨如此優秀的人材竟遠離我們。
她幾年來的奉獻，堪為表率，除了優異的演講才華，領導能力外，也親創”人和國際演講會”.表現出熱誠的一面。她在演講會的行為模式，堪稱符合國際演講會的四大核心價值!
在此以此短箋，記念黄淑媛部總監，也讓大家想起點點滴滴，懷念一位優秀的會友。
Dear Toastmasters,
It’s sad to hear our past Division
F Governor, Iris Huang, leave us forever! I
received this sad news from past F4 Area Governor,
Ko Shu- Lan Several days ago.
We lost an outstanding Toastmaster
who dedicated her time and energy to our district.
She was an excellent speaker and also a great
leader. She initiated and chartered “Harmony
Toastmasters Club”. We can say that her behaviors on
Toastmasters matched Toastmasters International core
values ! She set an great example!
By this short note,
I’d like to express the deepest condolence
to the bereaved for the loss of Iris Huang, DTM. And
hope she will stay in peace.
