當您發現所發出的訊息並未成功時，這表示它可能並未經許可，或可能是調節員尚未處理。此時您可主動連絡調節員，以進一步了解到底怎麼回事。
When you don't see your message posted, it means either it's not approved or the moderator neglected to post it. You may call and find out what's going on. |

如果您想要私下回覆訊息至原發信人時，請重開一新郵件，並將該發信人的郵寄地址放至收件人處後發件。 If you want to reply a message to the "Sender" in person, Please open a new mail and put the sender as the recipient. 附註: 若您登入成為 Yahoo！Groups 會員時 (只花幾分鐘)，您可以直接進入 eGroups 網頁中，eGroups 會保留所有會員發出過的訊息，非常方便查看，而且還有其他很多實用的功能，容於後述。選擇進入網頁開啟訊息方式，當您於回覆 eGroups 時，除社群地址外，亦允許您點選回覆給原發信人。 |

如果您想要讓所發訊息為整個社群知道，您可以直接回覆至任一社群的郵寄地址。同樣的，該郵件仍將由調節員決定是否許可發給整個社群。 If you want the message to be known among the group, you can directly reply to an egroup mail. The same, it will be up to the moderator to approve your message to be posted. |

電子社群的會員隨時可以取消會員資格，任何會員於經由調節員許可後皆可加入此社群成為會員。但如果任何申請者其身分為
ExCom 或
District Council
會員，我們將不需作核對。所以，維持此電子社群的品質是很重要的，以期我們可以鼓勵更多會員加入。 Egroup members can unsubscribe any time. And anyone can subscribe after the approval from a moderator. But it happens we would just welcome any subscriber without a previous check if he/she is an Excom member or Council member. It doesn't matter what content inside your mail. The system will just check your email address. If the old mailing address is used by other one, you may ask him/her to proceed with the same action above. |
