經過17年的忠誠演講會會員（自1995年以來），我已講了40篇演講，並擔任協會導師， 會長，區總監（2次），以及完成我的高效能領袖統御計劃，在 2012年6月6日我贏得了我的 DTM的榮譽。

I still remembered that the first time I joined in China TMC in 1995; I learned that this Organization was worth joining For good, since all fellow members were so humble and dedicated themselves to help new comers to grow with Their dreams without any business  purposes!
我還記得，於1995年，我第一次參加中華英語演講協會，我感受到這個組織，是值得一輩子參加的，因為所有的成員是如此謙遜和無私的奉獻，以幫助新加入者伴隨自己的夢想而成長，並且無任何商業目的！

It’s indeed not easy to meet any organizations like it and I decided to Maintaining my membership till now and I am still learning for the biggest room - room for improvement!
要遇到像演講會這樣的組織，確實不容易，於是我決定加入成為會員，並持續至今，而且我還有很大的學習空間----進步的空間!

Learning by doing; Leading by sharing, caring and listening; Make it happen, were my favorite slogans!
邊做邊學;領導是共享，關懷和傾聽; 從無到有，是我最喜歡的口號！

And the spirits of TM which I also kept in my mind always were integrity, serve to members, dedicate to the best, And respect for individuals.
還有一直記在我腦海中的演講會精神，那就是是正直，服務會員，全力的奉獻， 和尊重個人。

Last but no least, hereby, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank some seniors for their timely support and Encouragement, they are Choi Chang ACS, Harrison Lee DTM, Harry Fong DTM, Athena Lien DTM, and of course All of supportive seniors and TM fellows!
最後也是最重要的，在此，我想藉此機會感謝一些前輩他們及時的支持和鼓勵，他們是Choi Chang ACS，Harrison Lee DTM，Harry Fong DTM，Athena Lien DTM，當然 還有所有支持我的前輩和演講會的朋友！
