、中央日語分會會長、Beast英語分會會長，B3區執行長和B部執行長。我曾多次挑戰日語和英語演講比賽。 在獲得DTM的過程中，我真的感謝許多朋友的幫忙和支持，我們彼此支援形成很好的服務團隊，成為好朋友。在Toastmasters我有機會遇到很多好朋友，學到很多之前從未曾接觸的事。幫助我增進溝通和服務型領導能力。 我樂於自我學習、互相學習和與朋友分享經驗。Pathways 課程給我更多學習機會並應用到工作和日常生活。讓我們一起學習成長! 感謝太太和家人支持我參加Toastmasters. “Provide Service, Share Experience” BY HSIAO PING (HP蕭平) DTM D67 DIVISION B DIRECTOR 2018-2019 I was a CNC machine tool engineer and supply chain manager. At a turning point, I changed my career from engineer to be a tour guide. Although, I achieved tour guide license with Chinese, English and Japanese 3 languages, I used to communicate with machines, how can I change to communicate with international tourists? It’s really challenge. Fortunately, a Toastmasters friend Alice Li (A senior member of Beast English Club) invited me to Beast. 2010, I joined Beast English Club and Central Japanese Club became a dual member. Beast club and Central Japanese club are high quality clubs. With friend’s encouragement and support, I experienced my journey as club officer, President of Central Japanese Club and President of Beast English club, area B3 director and division B director. I challenged Japanese and English speech contest several times On my journey to achieving DTM, I really thanks for many friends help and support. We support each other, form a good team and became good friends. In Toastmasters, I had opportunity to meet many good friends and learn many things that I never touched before. That helped me to improve communication and service leadership skills. I enjoyed self learning, learning from each other and share experience with friends. Pathways projects give me more opportunities to learn and apply to job and daily life. Let’s learn together and grow together! Thanks for my wife and family support me to join Toastmasters. |
