Several years ago after I arrived in Taiwan, I felt very lonely, so I put a message on the Internet to look for friends. It said, "Handsome Canadian businessman looking for attractive companions for dinner. movies -- maybe marriage." That's all! I left my photograph and my email address and I waited. Contest Master, Judges, Ladies & Gentlemen The 1st day I received 100 email. WOW! I was so surprised, and happy. The 2nd day I received 500 messages! I thought, Oh My God! What have I done? The 3rd day, and every day thereafter, I received thousands of messages from all around the world.

Oh Toastmasters! I forgot to say I was looking for friends in Taiwan. Each day it took more than an hour to download my email, and after one month, I had over one million messages.

One day I received this message. It says:
"Hi John. my name's Mariah. I don't know where you are, but I'm in New York. I'm young. famous. very attractive and sexy ( Hope you like my photo? )  I'm rich too! I will fly anywhere in the world to meet you, because I'm looking for a real man to love me 25 hours a day. John, I'm waiting for your call. Please don't disappoint me.  "  Mariah, and she kissed the message.  Oh my God, I started to sweat, and my heart was pounding with excitement. I couldn't wait to meet her.

I opened messages night and day for a year, until my hair turned gray and my eyes turned square! Hinet don't send me regular email anymore. Every day they send a truck to my door.

This is an interesting message. It says: Hello Mister John. I am Natasha Krushev. I live in Moscow, Russia. Where are you? Mr. John, are you interested in having romance with Russian Princess? It's true! I'm Russian Princess. but I'm sick of Russian men. I want a good-looking Canadian man like you. I like eating and I like drink beer too! Here's my photo? Please send message. Love, Natasha.

I think my computer is my best friend because now I have lady friends in all corners of the world. Of course, I also have some men friends too.

( Phone rings. ) Excuse me! ... It's another message, but it's from someone in Taiwan. I'll put it on the screen for you.

( Tape ) This is CoCo. I'm in Taiwan. I wonder where you are?  I'm young and beautiful. John, what a fantastic body you have. I get hot just looking at your photo! We'll have fun together? You "must" call me -- 715-4571. I'm waiting!

it's amazing how many friends this computer has brought me. I'm not lonely anymore. But after reading one million messages. I'm tired and my fingers art sore!

All I really want is a nice girl to share my life. A friend, a lover, maybe a wife! That's all I'm looking for!
