How many hearts can we have within our life span? My answer is that there are 3 hearts for human beings, they are physical heart, mental heart and virtuous heart.

The best way to maintain our hearts in good condition is to "exercise" - Few years ago, I lived in Yungho, one day I passed by "River Side Park" beside Fuho bridge, I saw a sixty years weak old man with his stick, and he was blocked by a seventy semi-crazy strong old man, the seventy asked the sixty "You ! say Jesus Christ Haliluya for 3 times, otherwise, I won't let you go", but the sixty weak old man tried to go around, unfortunately, he was always stopped by the seventy strong semi-crazy old man, finally he obeyed the rule to say "Jesus Christ Haliluya" for 3 times, then he was let go.
