翼翔天開 Spring High, Reach the Sky

　
Dear Toastmasters members,
親愛的國際演講會會友們:

The long expected 2013 Spring Conference is at the corner, and it will be held on April 20th and 21st in Taichung Hsiang Yuan Education Training Park.
令人期待已久的2013春季大會即將到來了，今年這場盛會將於2013年4月20日及21日在台中漢翔園區舉辦。

Besides the exciting speech contests, we have also arranged many fantastic training sessions. Of course, the passion of members in Central Taiwan is just like the warm sunny weather here, anticipating your arrival.兩天的活動中除了競爭激烈的演講比賽之外，這次大會也非常用心地安排了多場很棒的教育訓練。當然，中部會員們的熱情也正如暖暖春陽一樣，正期待著擁抱與迎接您的蒞臨。

Please allow me to introduce some special features in the 2013 Spring Conference.
這次春季大會有幾項不同的特色，在此向您說明:
　 　
1. Conference Venue
Hsiang Yuan Education Training Park】belonged to the IDF Flight Fighter Research and Production Center of National Defense Department, and now contains conference facilities with accommodation and recreation facilities, such as 52 villas, VIP building, swimming pool, playground, basketball court, badminton court, etc. You will be enjoying not only the sunny and caressing greenness, but also the relaxing arrangement of 4 in 1 - conference activities, feast, lodging, and recreation.

場地特色
【漢翔園區】前身為國防部中科院IDF戰機研發生產中心，園區內除了開會與比賽所在的文康中心之外，還有佔地12公頃內含52棟Villa、VIP大樓、游泳池、運動場、籃球場、羽球場等設施，讓您來到這裡不僅可以徜徉在溫暖的陽光與宜人的綠意中，更可以在園區裡悠閒地享受大會各項活動、用餐、住宿、休閒 四合一的活動安排。
　 　
2. Shuttle Bus Service
Due to the long distance between Taichung HSR station and our conference venue, we arranged free shuttle buses for members coming afar.

接駁巴士
 由於會場距離高鐵烏日站約40分鐘車程，因此大會特別安排了接駁巴士往來會場與高鐵烏日站之間服務遠地而來搭車的會員。
　 　
3. Lodging
To save your time of traffic, if you have the need of lodging, we suggest you to stay inside Hsiang Yuan park which contains low- priced rooms of 4 beds and villas of 7 beds (averagely less than NT$1000 per person including breakfast). The rooms consist of a living room and a dining room (villas) for members to converse and share.  The room reservation can be only made under the group of our Conference, therefore please make the reservation on line in our 2013 Spring Conference official website.

住宿安排
 為了讓你省去舟車勞頓之苦，如果您有住宿的需求，我們真誠地建議您住宿在翔園會館內，內有公寓四人房及別墅七人房兩種房型供您選擇，不僅價格便宜(含自助式早餐平均每人不到一仟元)，而且房間內有客廳、別墅房型更有飯廳讓您可以和來自不同城市的會友們聊天或交換心得等。但是由於園區只能接受團體訂房，故請您透過本次活動官網在線上訂房。
　 　
4. Courteous Treatment
The 2013 Spring Conference admission fee is very reasonable - NT$1800 for early bird registration which includes not only a live band at the dinner party, but also free hot tea and hot coffee in the 2-day activities.

此次春季大會報名費非常優惠，早鳥價1,800元不僅包含了有專業樂團現場表演的晚宴之外，我們更貼心地在兩天的活動中為您準備了免費的熱茶及熱咖啡。
5. Recreation Activities
As the venue features mentioned above, we especially arranged an hour of relaxation between the contest and the dinner party on the 1st day. You can either join a street basketball teamed up by Northern, Central, and Southern members, or go swimming, jogging, playing tennis, etc. Don't forget to bring your swimming suits or sportswear along.

休閒活動
 誠如前述之場地特色，我們特別在第一天賽事結束之後與晚宴開始之前整理場地的一個小時當中，安排了北中南會員籃球三對三鬪牛PK賽；若是您喜歡游泳、網球、跑步等運動，也別忘了將您的泳裝及運動配備丟進您的行李箱中!
