親愛的國際演講會會員們: 

    We are happy to announce an exciting news. In order to appreciate your enthusiastic registration and encourage more members to join the conference, the committee has decided to start a competition of registration numbers. The top three ranking clubs can win the awards. The rule is as follows:
    在此很高興地宣布一個令人興奮的消息，為了感謝與鼓勵您的踴躍報名，大會提供一個報名人數競賽，優勝的前三名分會可獲得豐厚的獎勵。辦法如下：
 
Before the deadline, Nov. 14th 2013, the clubs with top three registration numbers and making payment can win:
1st place：NTD 4200 (The 1st place will be presented with awards at dinner party on Nov. 23rd)
2nd place：NTD 2100
3rd place：NTD 1000
截至十一月十四日止，已確認繳費的報名人數前三名分會，可分別獲得
第一名：新台幣4200元 (第一名分會於11/23晚宴上台接受獎狀與獎金)
第二名：新台幣2100元
第三名：新台幣1000元
