Congratulations on your journey here. Excellence can be measured by the distance traveled from the point where we started, not just by our peak performance. With each speech we find within ourselves a message worth telling others, we find our courage to face fears, and a personality within - steps out.
恭喜大家都經歷了不凡的淬鍊而成就了今日的自己：所謂的卓越正是經由我們在這段學習旅程上的改變來評斷，而非以我們曾有過的最好成就來論定。藉由每次上台演講的機會，我們總是能不斷發掘出潛藏在我們心中許多值得與人分享的故事；更因此找到了面對恐懼的勇氣，以及內心存在已久的人格特質 - 勇於突破。

So, recall your original motivations for showing up at a leadership and communications club, was it a longstanding desire for change or a subtle intuition? And compare that memory with how far you've come and where you are right now.
因此，請回想一下您當初會想要參加一個以學習領導統御與溝通技能為主的組織時，那個最原始的動機。那是一個存在內心已久想要改變的渴望? 亦或只是一時莫名的衝動? 再把這樣的記憶和現在的您做個比較，眼前的您應已今非昔比。

At this Fall Conference we celebrate the fruits of our process towards excellence. Today's event is created from the collaboration of many hearts, minds and hands - the habits of individuals and of the community cultivating that individual. We made this together.
此次的秋季大會，我們就是要來歡慶我們邁向卓越的豐收果實。而本次的活動正是藉由許多人的心思、努力、與用心所共同呈現的成果。不僅展現出成就個人非凡的良好習慣；更體現了培育搖籃所造就的卓越習慣。

I wish you all an enjoyable two days in the fall of 2012 where together we sow and reap the habits of excellence!
