親愛的67區會友以及即將成為會員的朋友們：
Welcome to the 2012 D67 Fall Conference with the theme of
“In Search of Excellence”. Toastmasters is a place where
Leaders are made. So I would like to share with you some
leadership tips I learned from a famous book with the title
of “Five Levels of Leadership”:
歡迎您參加2012年67區秋季大會。此次大會的主題是「築夢新北，再創高峰」。國際演講會是培育領袖的搖籃，在此，我想與大家分享我從一本暢銷書「領導五式」中獲得的領導要訣：
1.Level 1: Position-People follow you because they have to;
1.第一式：位階式領導：群眾會服從你是因為他們不得不如此
2.Level 2: Permission-People follow you because they want
to;
2.第二式：允認式領導：群眾會追隨你是因為他們想要這麼做
3.Level 3: Production-People follow you because of what you
have done for your organization;
3.第三式：奉獻式領導：群眾會服從你是因為你曾為了這個組織貢獻心力
4.Level 4: People Development-People follow you because of
what you have done for them;
4.第四式：情義式領保：群眾會追隨你是因為你曾幫助過他們
5.Level 5: Pinnacle-People follow you because of who you are
and what you represent;
5.第五式：標竿式領導：群眾會服從你是因為你的個人特質與魅力展現
This five levels of leadership provides a clear plan for
leadership development. And Toastmasters is a good place to
practice and improve your leadership skills.
這五種層次的領導提供我們一個明確的藍圖來培養自己的領導能力，而國際演講會正是一個可以讓我們演練並增進領導能力的所在。
I have been serving at different leadership roles in
Toastmasters for around 9 years. I learned and improved my
leadership competency in this organization. When I do
self-review, I always ask me two questions: “What level of
leadership am I at? How can I develop into next level of
leadership?” Right now, I put more efforts into developing
leaders in this organizations, and I gained more by
developing others. And of course level 5 is my goal.
九年來，我己經在國際演講會中擔任過各種不同的職務，學習並提升了自己的領導能力，每當我捫心自省之時，我總是會問自己兩個問題：「我現在是在用哪一式在領導他人？」「我要如何才能進步到下一式？」如今，我已將較多心力放在如何在演講會中造就更多的優秀領導者，在這個過程，中我發現自己獲益良多。當然，我的目標是第五式的標竿領導。
Share your leadership stories so that we can learn from each
other’s experience. And this“In Search of Excellence”
conference will be a meaningful and memorable conference for
all of you!
