課程簡介:

Have you ever heard the
complaint, “Everybody wants to talk, but nobody wants to
listen?” Cartoons are replete with humor about husbands and
wives who don’t listen to each other. Serious communication
problems at the home as well as the workplace can cause
stress and anger, and can even breakdown relationships …
because a critical communication skill – listening – is not
practiced. At this workshop you will take a closer look at
how you listen, understand five obstacles to effective
listening, gain insight into eight habits for better
listening, and learn tips and strategies to make it easier
for co-workers to listen to you. Learn a skill that can open
up a whole new world to you, and strengthen every
relationship at home, at work, and in your civic and social
life. Do you hear me? |
