There is one common denominator
to success in any job -- you have to communicate with
others! Communication is closely tied in with every
important soft skill such as leadership, teamwork, and
working effectively with diverse people. This workshop will
enable you to understand your behavioral style, your
tendencies, motivations, fears, and limitations. You will
also gain valuable insights into behavioral styles that are
different from yours. What’s most important is that you will
learn how to communicate more effectively with people who
have styles that are different from yours, enabling you to
connect with them, engage them, and get things done more
productively and with good will. The approaches you learn at
this workshop will enable you to immediately apply them with
every human relationship that matters to you. It’s more fun
