Brief of the Training：

You know that Toastmasters is where leaders are made.  Yet the question remains, HOW are they made? Our organization would not have survived and grown these last 88 years, operating with volunteer leaders on a global scale, if leadership development was not a vital element.  Most people join Toastmasters because they want to learn how to speak more confidently.  However, most members stay in Toastmasters year after year because they know that the program has changed them, is continuing to change them, and is making them leaders.
