Microsoft Office PowerPoint Viewer 能讓您檢視使用 Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 所建立的全功能簡報。PowerPoint Viewer 可用來檢視使用 PowerPoint 97、PowerPoint 2000 和 PowerPoint 2002 所建立的簡報。 PowerPoint Viewer 也支援開啟受密碼保護的 PowerPoint 簡報。

• 配備 200 MHz 或以上處理器的 PC
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 或更新版本
• 支援的作業系統：Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition、Windows Millennium Edition、Windows 2000 (含 Service Pack 3)、Windows XP 或 Windows Server 2003。
• 隨機存取記憶體 (RAM)：
  • Windows 98 SE、Windows ME：32 MB RAM

使用 PowerPoint Viewer

PowerPoint Viewer 無法正確地顯示圖表動畫。只有在顯示動畫時，圖表才能完整顯示。

PowerPoint Viewer 不支援開啟「資訊版權管理 (IRM)」簡報。

PowerPoint Viewer 不支援執行巨集及程式，也不支援開啟已連結或內嵌的物件。

PowerPoint Viewer 不支援顯示簡報中已連結的這些圖形格式：.eps、.pct、.emz、.cdr、.cgm、.wpg 及 .wmz。
