I’m sad because we can’t overcome some un-favor treated issues which might induce the difficulty of conference budget. I’m pleased because we have overcome the difficulty by finding new substitute conference venue. The change will be not only no influence of meeting preparation but also reducing the registration fee.
我感到遺憾是因為我們遇到可能造成大會預算困難的不友善接待難題，而我們對這些難題卻無法單方面接受。我感到高興的是因為籌辦單位在短期內找到更佳的替代飯店。這些改變不但沒有影响大會準備進度而且更降低會員的註册費用。

The information of Spring Conference, such as registration form, conference agenda and hotel registration form will be put on the website of D-67 within days. The registration will start immediate after our Lunar Chinese New Year.
此次春季大會的信息，如註冊與費用表格，大會議程表及飯店房間註册與費用表等，將於近日內公佈在D-67的網站上。註册事務也將在春節過後展開。 

Senior Vice President of Toastmasters International Ms. Pat Johnson, DTM, will be our keynote speaker. She will have an official District visiting during our Spring Convention. Ms Johnson is an experienced Toastmaster and also a professional trainer in her country, Canada. Her motivational speeches have benefited and attracted many Toastmasters.國際總會今年資深副總會長Pat Johnson女士將在春季大會期間蒞臨公務訪視並担任專題演講及其他二場訓練節目講師。她是經驗豐富的資深會員，也是加拿大的出名職業訓練講師。她的激勵性演講對會員有很大的吸引力與幫助。
