2010年秋季大會重要提醒事項 |

Dear Leaders:
The Fall
Conference early bird registration will be concluded at the
midnight of Nov. 3rd! I
know that 2010 FallCon Committee has done its best to make
the preparation of welcoming each one of us to participate
in this significant occasion! I
would like to encourage you and your fellow members again to
attend this grand activity so as to mingle with the
fellow members from all over the island, have fun in the
exciting red carpet starlight party, learn from the 2004
world speech champion Dr. Randy Harvey and cheer up the
contestants of district level humorous speech and evaluation
contests! Moreover, you could tour the famous ancient city
of I
would like to remind you that in
the afternoon of Nov. 21, all the division and area
governors are obligated to attend the ExCom meeting and they
along with all club presidents and club EVPs are also
obligated to attend the Council meeting to discuss
some important issues of our District! The quorum of these
two meeting is over a half of the required attendants!
Therefore, we need to have enough officers to attend these
meetings so that the results of these meetings could be
legal!
In case if the club
presidents and EVP could not attend the council meeting,
please download the proxy that pervious sent and assign a
certain officer or member to attend the meeting and have him
or her to bring the proxy to the venue.
Moreover, as the meeting will be held in the afternoon of
11/21, please do stay for this meeting even though all the
contests will be concluded in the morning! However, there
are still education workshops in the afternoon of 11/21 for
the participants! Most importantly,
please make the registration soon for 2010 FallCon on
