District PR is supposed to give an idea 總會公關似乎該傳達一個理念，
that life can be colorful and meaningful, 就是生活應該是美好而有意義，
and that working with friends is a great pleasure in life. 而與朋友共事是人生的一大樂事。
For this reason, I list some activities I participated in, 為此，我列舉一些我參與過的活動，
to prove the words I just mentioned. 來證明上面所說的話。
Among the international civil organizations, 在國際性的民間社團中，
Toastmasters Club is perhaps 國際演講會可能是
 the most educational one you can join. 你可以參加的最有教育性的一個。
I hope you enjoy being a member of it, 我希望你喜歡當一個國際演講會的會員，
