領袖造就更多領袖

In these days, some presidents, governors and leaders told me that they have difficulty in recruiting or persuading their appropriate competent successors.
最進有一些會長總監和領導幹部們,常跟我反應好難找到適當的接任幹部人選。 

Allow me to share the tips of LEADER with you,
謹就個人對LEADER領袖 - 的心得供大家卓參

Leads         - Find all the possible successors leads that you may get.
候選名單  - 利用各種機會隨時尋找可能的繼任人選

Ensure    - Ensure the successors will get all the supports from the past officers.
使安心   - 務必讓繼任人選能得到所有前任領導幹部的熱心指導及支援

Appreciate - Appreciate their willingness to take the position in serving members.
表示感謝 公開感激繼任人選之願意挺身出來服務會員

Develop  - Providing various trainings and opportunities to develop their skills.
造就       - 提供多元的訓練機會以造就及增進繼任人選之領導技能

Envision  - Envision them the possible bright future careers.
願景        - 強化繼任人選之願景及未來之生涯規劃

Respect      - Respect their individual feelings and characters.
尊重對方 尊重繼任人選的個人感受及
特質 

“Leaders are not born but developed.”
領袖不是天生的而是由造就而來
