各位幹部先進:
Congratulations!
Today is
the most important day in our life—we all officially become new officers
in different positions. We are all doing our best to face new challenges
and serve our members.
恭喜! 今天是我們一生中最重要的日子之一，因為我們已正式接任各不同的職位。我們都在儘我們最佳本能接受新挑戰以服務我們的會員。
As LGET,
my responsibilities are:
1.Help
DG to accomplish district’s educational goals and achieve the goal of
Distinguished District.
2.Promote
achievement of CC, AC and CL or AL for all members.
3.Make
every club a Distinguished Club.
4.District
training programs.
5.District
conferences.
I list
the major responsibilities of LGET for keeping myself in correct way to
serve our members and invite all of you to assist me to reach our goal
in the coming year. I hope you will do the same as me to list out your
responsibilities and keep them in mind for a better service to our
members.
身為地區教育訓練副總會長，我的職責是:
1.達成總會的教育目標並獲得傑出地區總會榮銜
2.推廣各會員獲得CC,
AC 及CL，AL之榮銜
3.促使每一分會獲得傑出分會之榮銜
4.教育訓練
5.地區春秋二次年會
我列出主要的教育訓練職責，是要我保持正確的方向以服務會員，並邀請這職務上給我指導，共同來完成我們的目標。我也希望各位幹部跟我一樣，列出你們的職責，並牢記在心中去服務會友。
To
fulfill my duties of training program, the following points are for your
reference.
為達成我的教育訓練的職責，設計了下列幾點供各位參考:
A.Educational
training program: 教育訓練節目
1. 1st club officers’ training and new CL introduction - progressing.
2nd club officers’ training ---Dec 15, 2008 – January 15,
2009
第一次幹部訓練及新CL手册介紹
- 正進行中。
第二次在今年十二月到明年一月間舉行。
2. Pre-contest
speech training (humorous speech & evaluation speech contest and international speech & Table Topics contest) and other
special training (HPL, etc)—will be held by Division or Area from July15
to August 30 and in Feb 2009 (before in-club contest) respectively.
演講比賽前訓練會議（包含【幽默及講評比賽】與【國際演講比賽及即席問答比賽】）以及其他訓練會議，如HPL等：由各Area
or Division自行主辦。時間在會內賽之前。(八月及明年一、二月間為宜。)
3. Advanced
communication manual training - sponsored by District in Sept. 2008 and
Feb.2009.(same place and same date with Marketing training - chartering
new club and recruiting new member workshop, but with morning and
afternoon sessions.)
進階溝通手册訓練–由地區總會主辦，第一次在今年九月舉行，此以與推廣訓練同日同地，但分上下午分開舉行。第二次則在明年二月分舉行。(參考下列圖表)
4. Judge training and Marathon speech (1
day program)—sponsored by District in Oct. 2008, and March 2009 if
needed.
裁判講習與馬拉松演講會議(全日)–由總會主辦，今年八月份舉行。第二次明年三月份依需要舉行。
5. Fall
convention on Nov. 15-16, 2008 in Taichung and Spring convention on
April. 18-19, 2009 in Kaohsiung.
秋季年會在今年十一月十五-十六日在台中市舉行。春春季大會明年四月十八-十九日在高雄市舉行。
6. In-club educational training: At least 6-10 times
every year to fulfill the need of ACS, ACG, ALB & ALS.
分會內教育訓練: 為達到ACS，ACG，ALB，及ALS之需求，每年至少擧辦 6到
10次。
7. Appoint ET Committee chairs in
different locations for planning and coordinating the training program
in their areas. (See the table)
在各不同地點指派教育訓練委員會主席，負責該地區訓練節目的計劃及協調 (如下表。)

NT 2000 valued reward.
分會CC+AC總得獎數競賽: 總數最多的前七個分會，獲價值NT
2000元奬品
2.Club
Officers’ training attendance rate contest:分會幹部訓練出席率獎勵辦法
Over 4 Officers/ Club - NT 500 分會至少4位幹部參加 - NT500元
Over 7 Officers/ Club - NT 600 分會7位幹部全部參加 - NT600元
3.Subsidy
for Advance training, judge and marathon speech meeting--NT 2000.
每次進階溝通手册教育訓練、裁判訓練及馬拉松演講會議皆補助NT
2000元。
