February 8th, South Coach training: |

We had 57 attendees. 14 senior leaders are willing to serve as
coaches. After the successful experiences in the central
coach training, it was another amazing training and
harvested overwhelming results again. 五十七位學員獲得許多寶貴的知識和技巧，會後有十四位資深會員願意成為救援教練，這是繼中部救援教練訓練的空前成功之後，在南部再現的榮景。 LGET Eric and his beloved wife Lilian wrote some great comments on the coaching training in the south: 教育副總會長梁守誠和他的愛妻蔡佩玲對南區救援教練訓練分享的感言: 1. 2/8 九點至五點，在方瑞源與陳世明二位講師帶領下，57名南部會員在高雄道明中學興趣滿滿地完成coach training，踏出coach第一步。學員經由學習及互動，領會基本教練技巧，了解教練過程。在下午最後一節課，各組嘗試運用學到的GROW model，為自己分會確立目標，了解現況，尋找途徑，及承諾; 並與大家分享。二位講師提醒學員: 教練過程是二個人一個目標，必須擁有才會執行。經過精彩課程訓練洗禮，學員對coach不再陌生，當場有14名學員起立願意擔任救援教練。這真是對熱心奉獻的二位講師最好的肯定。感謝Harry Fong 及 Edward Chen。 2.我是屏東分會的 Lillian 蔡佩玲，教育副總會長Eric的牽手，我們會裡共十二位參與一整天的精彩課程，大家在講師的引導下，配合練習，學習如何依照GROW的方式去訂定自己分會的目標。透過對談的演練讓我們學習作教練的聆聽技巧，引導被教練者說出自己的困境及自訂解決方案，達到成功的執行率。 講師的上課方式淺顯易懂，帶領所有參與會員跟著他們的上課節奏走，大家深深地被上課內容打動，激發每人內心渴望被懂及如何表達自己意見讓對方懂，達到互相溝通理解改善人際關係。上完課大家都分享自己的心得，每個人變得很有勇氣去訂定自己會達成的目標並有自信地說出來，令人非常感動。感謝講師無私地拿出看家本領來教授我們如何學習教練技巧，受用很多，期待下堂課的開辦。感謝總會的用心讓會員有多角度的學習。各位會員，如果你還未參與過，下次千萬別錯過喔!給講師們按贊。 |

February 14th, Happy Valentine’s Day 敬祝大家西洋情人節快樂! |

 Dear
District leaders,親愛的幹部們，
Wish you a very
happy Valentine's Day。 I have a good
news to share with you. Till Feb 12, our district paid clubs
are 100% completed. The unpaid weak club Shetou Bilingual
had been successfully rescued. Now they are going back on
the right track. The club is still weak, but got lots of
supports from senior leaders. Thanks to the hard efforts of
District Secretary Teresa Chang, District PR Jennifer Huang,
Division F Governor 江松兄,
and many senior members in Division F. Our paid clubs
are 151 now. We still have a few clubs will be chartered
soon. Now our district still keeps as President
Distinguished district. I wish we can keep up the good work
to have the highest honor. You know,
Valentine's day is not a day for romantic relationship only.
You can say happy Valentine's to people around you whom you
care so dearly. It's a good way to show your appreciation to
them. 所以，我要說謝謝您，為我的貴人，也謝謝您們成為彼此生命中的貴人，我們更要推廣演講會給周遭我們關心的人，讓我們也成為他們生命中的貴人！ |

Till February, we are doing pretty well. We are still with
President Distinguished district status. Membership growth
and Coach training will be our main focus for the next few
months. Let’s work together to achieve our district
distinguished goal successfully. Most importantly, enjoy our
