各位先進與幹部夥伴們： On the eve of 2010, I would like to take this chance in wishing all of you a Prosperous and Joyful New Year! 在2010年的年終之日，我在此要祝福大家新年快樂!萬事如意!
We have completed a half of our officer term! I believe all of you have been working so diligently in the past to make our district better! I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for your respectable devotion! In the coming a half year term, we still have a lot of duties to fulfill! For instance, most of our second club officer training will be held in Jan. I do hope our club officers (at least 4) could attend this important training. However, most importantly, we should try our best to achieve our DCP goal and become distinguished! 時光飛逝，我們的任期已過了一半!我深信大家在過去的日子都非常的辛勤努力，使我們台灣區總會能更好！我要向大家致上由衷的謝意!在未來的半年，我們仍有許多職責待完成!例如大部份的第二次分會幹部訓練將在一月份舉行，我期盼每個分會至少都能有四個以上的正式幹部參加這一重要的活動!當然，我們最重要的任務是要盡我們所能，使每個分會都能達成卓越分會的目標！
I am glad that we have reached out to our society. On Dec. 18, Area A2 Governor Edward Chen & his team hosted a very successful single party for our members and guests in Taipei city to help find their life-long partners! We also have some voluntary workers for the Taipei International Flora Exposition organized by our District PR Victoria Wang. In the coming Jan. we will have a radio program from Kaohsiung Broadcasting Station for three months to introduce Toastmasters. We appreciate the efforts of Div. D Governor Jeffrey Huang for making this a reality! 我很高興我們國際演講會已能對我們的社會有所貢獻!本月十八日，A-2區總監陳世明與他的團隊非常成功的在台北市為我們的會友及社會人士舉辦一場單身派對，協助尋覓人生的伴侶，受到廣泛的好評!我們的會員並在總會公關長王維君的主導下，擔任台北國際花博展的志工！更值得一提的是，自明年元月份起，我們將在高雄廣播電台每週三下午主導一個節目，為期三個月，介紹並推廣我們國際演講會!我們要感謝D部總監黃瀚誼的努力，使得這個節目能開播!
Indeed, we are soaring to a new height! I am quite confident that we will reach our goal to be distinguished district by the end of our term! Let’s go for it! 我們真的正在展翅飛翔，再創高峰!我對大家能在任期內達成卓越地區總會的目標深具信心!讓我們在新的年度中一同努力，齊心加油！
