分會會員增長競賽與新創分會獎勵 |

Dear Leaders: As you know that by the end of this month (9/30), all the clubs need to submit your semi-annual fee to WHQ! In order to encourage our clubs to increase the membership number, our district will hold three (3) times of club membership growth contests in this term. The deadline will be on Sep.30, 2010, March 31, 2011 and June 30, 2010 respectively! We will take reference of club base number of July1, 2010 published by the WHQ to compare with your membership payment on these days! The club must have at least 4 members net growth to be eligible for this contest! For the second time contest, we will compare club membership with the first time! 本月底(九月三十日)前，各分會須向世界總會繳交上半年度的會費!總會為鼓勵各分會增加會員人數，將在年度內舉辦三次分會會員增長競賽!這三次競賽的截止日期分別為今年9/30日，明年3/31日及6/30日!我們將以世界總會於今年7/1日所公佈的各分會會員基本人數為準，再與各截止日期的分會繳費人數作比較!各分會最少要淨増加四名會員以上才有資格參加競賽!第二次的競賽將與第一次比賽截止後的會員人數為基準做比較! 元 For the final contest, we will count the club membership growth number in total within this term and separate campus clubs from other clubs. The awards will be: 最後一次比賽，我們將會統計年度分會會員増加數量，並將大學分會取前三名與其他分會做區隔!其比賽獎金金額如下:

元 Please remember that new members, reinstated members and dual members all can be counted! All the membership number will be based on the announcement of the WHQ on the TMI website! 請切記：凡新加入會員、重新加入與雙會籍會員都算增加之會員!所有分會會員數目以世界總會在網站上公佈的數目為準! In addition, for the encouragement of chartering new clubs, from now on, the District will present each new club 5,000NT$ award! 此外，為鼓勵新分會的創立，自即日起，任何新創之分會，總會將頒發新台幣五千元獎金!
