Dear Leaders and members, I’m pleased to announce that Wu, Guon-Zun got his DTM award on June 16, 2010. He is the 56th DTM in D-67 and 11th DTM in this 2009-2010 term. DTM Wu is the 2nd DTM in our non-English speaking club. His mother club is Chang-hua Chinese TC and dual member of Leaders Bilingual Advanced TC. 56位傑出會員榮銜，更是國台語分會的第二位DTM。他的母會是彰化全方位演講分會，也是領導者雙語會的會員，並獲得2008-2009年度風雲人物之榮銜。 His great performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that his achievement will encourage members to follow. We expect that he can continuously devote to Toastmasters and make more contribution to D-67. 他過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待他的得獎，將成為很多會員的表率。我們盼望他能繼續以奉獻及服務的精神，嘉恵D-67地區總會。
He will be awarded with a honorable DTM medallion and badge for his contribution to District. 地區總會將盼發值得榮耀的DTM 奬章及名牌以表章他對總會的貢獻。
