Hi Bill/Sally, Div A/B Governors of District 85,
Great news to report - the promotion for the
event at our end generates great responses.
20 people have signed up to join the event on
29th. We all feel very excited to meet toastmasters in Beijing.
To help promote this event at your end so members
on both sides can share and learn together in such a rare
opportunity, allow me to give you a brief introduction on some of
the members:

Two more past Club Presidents may join us; we are
waiting Peter Tseng and Vera Chang to sign up.
We have about 20 members in the group - 12 from
Legacy TMC, and members from other sister clubs gladly join us in
this wonderful event.
Matilda is the current President who coordinates
everything; she is now busy collecting money from everyone. She
will start working with you on the meeting agenda this week.
We are all set now. We are looking forward to
having a great time visiting Beijing, the capital of China.
Most importantly, we want to create some
great experiences learning together with Beijing toastmasters.
Your efforts in promoting this event in Beijing
will be deeply appreicated.
