賀周玟瑾會友獲得DTM榮銜

Dear Leaders and members, 
各位領導及會員先進：　            

I’m pleased to announce that Sheila Chou (Wen-Chin Chou) got her DTM award on March 28, 2010. She Is the 54^th DTM in D-67 and 9 ^th DTM in this term. Mother club of DTM Chou is Beast TC of Division I-2. She served as Area and Division Governor during Provisional District.
我很高興地宣佈：周玟瑾會友已在 2010年3月28日獲得本年度第9位，也是本地區總會第54位傑出會員榮銜。她的母會是台中博思英語演講會，她是資深會員，曾任區及部總監。 

Her great performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that her achievement will encourage members to follow.We expect that she can continuously devote to Toastmasters and make more contribution to D-67.
她過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待她的得獎，將成為很多會員的表率。我們盼望她能繼續以奉獻及服務的精神，嘉恵D-67地區總會。　

I will arrange a special recognition ceremony during Spring Conference and invite Senior Vice President of TI Pat Johnson to present DTM Plague and medallion with other 8 DTM Winners.
本人將邀請世界總會副總會長Pat Johns春季大會中盼獎。以表章她對總會的貢獻。
