members, 各位領導先進及會友夥伴們： I am pleased to announce that the 5th new club of this term, Skal Taipei Toastmasters Club (Club No. 1435236) was successfully chartered on Jan. 20, 2010. We warmly welcome the club and her members to join us! 我很高興地宣佈：本年度的第五個新分會，台北順風國際演講會（會籍號碼1435236），已經在一月二十日正式成立了。我們熱烈地歡迎他們加入我們的行列。 We are very much grateful to Jude Wei, L.J. Lamb, Northern Marketing Committee and the excellent team members for their contribution to charter the new club. 我們非常感謝魏宜豪，L.J. Lamb, 北區推廣委員會及優秀創會團隊成員，對創立此分會的貢献。 We’d like to thank Mr. Edward Lo especially for initiating the new club. Mr. Lo is the President of Wonderful Tours & Travel Corp. Edward was a charter member of China Toastmasters Club 25 years ago. 我們要特別感謝發起人羅君平先生。羅君平先生是萬大旅行社總經理，曾擔任中華民國旅遊協會理事長。25年前（1986），羅君平先生就是中華英語演講會的創始會員。 Skal Taipei Toastmasters Club meets on the 1st & 3rd Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The club is a Mandarin-English Bilingual Club and is open to the public. 台北順風國際演講會例會時間為每月第一及第三週的週三晚上七點至九點。這個會為中英雙語會，歡迎有興趣的各界人士參加。 We believe that under the guidance of the following sponsors, mentors and sponsoring clubs, the new club is bound for a great success!
