各位領導及會員先進： 

I’m pleased to announce that Hubert Yuo got his DTM award on Sept. 29, 2009. He is our 50^th DTM in D-67 and 5^th DTM in this term. DTM Yuo is champion of D-67 international speech contest in 2007 and attended the DNAR int. speech contest in the same year. His mother club is Ale Ultimate TC in Taichung City, and also the Immediate Past Governor of Area I-1. Under his leadership, I-1 got Distinguished Area Award.

我很高興地宣佈：游博程會友已在今年九月二十九日獲得本年度第五位 , 也是本地區總會第50位傑出會員榮銜。他是2007年本地區總會國際演講比賽冠軍並參加DNAR的國際演講比賽，表現優異。他的母會是台中極限英語演講會，也是前任I-1總監。

His performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that his achievement will encourage  members to follow.  
他過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待他的得獎，將成為很多資深會員的表率。 

He will be awarded with a honorable DTM meadllion and badge for his contribution to District.
地區總會將盼發值得榮耀的DTM 奬章及名牌以表章他對總會的貢獻。

Let us give him our sincere applause and congratulations.
