敦聘 洪燕鈴、吳恭讓會友為救援教練

Dear Leader,
各位領導：

Today, I officially appoint Angel Hung, (643718, Changhua Chinese TC) and Guon-Zun Wu (643737, Changhua Chinese TC) as Coaches for Changhua Taiwanese TC (9234).

The club coach appointment list has submitted to WHQ today.
今日(2009年9月12日）本人正式委派洪燕鈴(643718)及吳恭讓(643737)兩位彰化全方位國際演講分會會友，擔任彰化臺語國際演講分會(9234)的救援教練一職。委派書已於今日呈報世界總會。 

They will be awarded on July 01, 2010 if the coached club achieves distinguished Club or better by June 30 next year.如果受救援分會明年六月三十日得到至少為傑出分會榮銜時，他們將獲得救援教練的榮銜。
