I’m pleased to announce that William Lee got his DTM on July 13, 2009. He is 48th DTM in D-67. He is outgoing Area C-2 Governor. His mother club is Excellence TC. He also as mentor for TKU TC and NTPTC. Under his leadership, Area C-2 got President Distinguished Area in 2008-2009. 我很高興地宣佈：李威霖會友在七月十三日獲得本屆第三位，也是本地區總會第 48位傑出會員榮銜。他的母會是台北卓越演講會，並為台北大學及淡江大學演講會的輔導員。他也是前C-3區總監，並為該區達到總會長傑出分區的最高榮譽。 |

His performance of leadership and communication are excellent and richly deserved to be awarded as DTM of Toastmasters. I expect that his achievement will encourage members to follow. 他過去在領導及溝通能力的表示非常出色，因此，獲得最高的榮譽確是受之無愧。期待他的得獎，將成為很多資深會員的表率。
