Dear Leaders,
敬愛的新任分會幹部們：大家好!
Congratulations for the first
club officer training of D-67 was totally and smoothly finished. I
believed that
after a perfect and complete
training, you are capable to lead the club the goal of
distinguished.

今年度第一次的分會幹部訓練已經全部順利結束了，恭喜及辛苦了! 相信大家都接受過完美的訓練
，而有能力領導分會邁向傑出分會之目標前進。
First of all, I'll express my
sincere appreciation to all Governors of both Division and Area and
their team
members for their contribution to
the club officer training. Also, I am very much grateful to all
officers for your
participation. Your participation
is the key to the success of the training. Of course, I also need to
express
my endless thanks to our
trainers, meeting toastmasters and their assistants for their
dedication to the
training meeting.
首先，我要對各部、區總監及你們的團隊們，對此次訓練會議的精心籌劃及貢獻，表示萬分感謝之意。
我也要感謝各位熱心的參與，有你們的參加，才能使訓練圓滿及成功。此外，也要對我們訓練講師、
主持人及助理人員，表達衷心的感激之意。
It's very pity for the absence of
many officers in this training meeting . For the smooth management
of club,
I like to suggest the club
presidents or VPEs who have attended the training may have an
introduction for them.
As an officers of club, it's not
only your obligation to attend club officer training but also your
commitment to
your club member for you have
more opportunities to practice and learn the skill of leadership.
此次訓練會議仍有許多幹部因各種因素而無法參加，甚為可惜。希望參加的會長或教育副會長等幹部，能
抽空向他們作簡報說明，以便將來運作更為順暢。加入幹部團隊，將有更多的機會學習領導及溝通的技巧
，因此，更要瞭解參訓不但是一種權利，也是你的義務，更是對自己及分會的一種承諾。
General speaking, this training
has fulfilled the main training purposes, such as:

International---- Integrity, dedication to excellence, service to
the member and respect for the individual.

Understand the Mission of
District---- For enhancing the performance and net-work clubs to
let more
people benefit from Toastmasters'
education program, District must focus on the education and
membership program, ensure each
club fulfills its responsibilities to its members and providing
effective training and leadership
development opportunities for club and district officers.
瞭解地區總會的使命 ----
為增強分會的表現及增加分會的數目，以使更多的人從國際演講會獲得好
處，地區總會要専注於教育課程及會員招募的重點，關注於分會幹部是否滿足會員的需求以及提供
幹部有効益的教育訓練及實習領導技巧的機會。

District's Theme for 2009-2010 is
"Dig More, Reap More!"----- encourage officers and members to
learn more from the
education program of Toastmasters to become a self-confidence
Toastmaster.
今年地區總會的主題為深耕必得 ---- 鼓勵多學習總會的教育課程，以獲益更多而成為更有自信的人。 |

Understand the principal and
process of "Club Success Plan". Every club must make a detail Club
Success Plan after this training and follow it until
they reach the DCP Goals.
訓練幹部深入瞭解分會成功計劃的原理及重要性，進而實作，以便回到各分會後能訂定完善的分會成功
計劃，作為今年達到傑出分會的目標之依據。

Understand the meaning of Educational
Awards and how to recruit new members. 瞭解教育課程的各種榮銜及激勵方法，以及招募會員的秘訣。 |

| D. |
Understand the responsibilities of
club officers which let them have capabilities to lead their club. 深入瞭解各個幹部的職責，以便能有効率的領導分會達到傑出分會的目標。 |
|
|
Finally, congratulate to all of
you for you are becoming a well-trained officer after the training

your enthusiasm to Toastmasters
and your club.
