Dear leaders, I have good news for you. International President Jana Barnhill will present a special award called "Presidential Citation" to Howard Chang at the 78th Annual Convention in Mashantucket, Connecticut on August 14. It's one of Toastmasters' highest honors. Howard Chang was past Council Governor. He has devoted most of his time and energy writing and translating CC Manual, CL Manual, Club Officers Manual and many others into Chinese for Toastmasters International for more than 12 years. I'm very happy for him to get this special award. |
