Dear Leaders: 各位領導夥伴們: I am very happy to announce that the 12th new club of this term, Changhua Yung-da Bilingual Toastmasters Club was successfully chartered on June. 1, 2009!
Congratulations to Div. F Governor Angel Houng and her wonderful team! We are convinced that under the guidance of Club Sponsors: Angel Houng and Wu Gong-rang as well as the Club Mentors: Chou Shu-yun and Houng Da-fu and the Charter President Hsu Hsiu-ling, and the support of Chang Hua Bilingual and Huatan TMCs, the club is bound for a great success!
