各位領導先進：

     District 67 2^nd Club Officer’s training meeting is coming soon. Under the instruction of District Governor Marian Hsiao, I have a reminder for all of you as:

D-67 的第二次分會幹部訓練會議即將到來。奉總會長蕭敏環女士的指示，容我再提醒各位如下原則：
　

1. The training content must follow the Toastmasters international training program for Club Officer but every Division can select a suitable senior Toastmaster as their trainer in stead of Top-3 of District.

    The way of training may different from the previous Officer’s  training which conduct by Top-3 and follow the WHQ’s ppt and content. So, the trainer must read or understand the WHQ’s  training content before they design an attractive method to train the Officers. The meeting will have a 60 min (At least) for reviewing and discussion. The main program and agenda is as the attachment.

    訓練內容必須遵照世界總會盼佈的分會幹部訓練之內容（參閱世界總會網站），但此次訓練開放各部選出適當的資深會員擔任講師。授課方法可以跟第一次的訓練方式不同（第一次由地區總會三位幹部依世界總會的內容及投影片授課）。因此，此次的講師要熟讀瞭解總會的訓練教材後，再作修改並著重檢討，以更能吸引人而達到訓練的目的。訓練節目之最後至少有一小時的檢討及心得分享時間，作為下半年的參考。請參閱附件。
　

2. The trainer will be selected by Division Governor and Chair of Education & Training Committee after a discussion)

   訓練課程的講師由部總監及教育訓練委員會主席共同討論後決定。
　

3. The training will be held between Dec. 2008—Feb. 2009

    期間為今年十二月到明年二間。
　

4. For respecting Division’s suggestion, this training will be held at 4-5 meetings as:

    為尊重各部的不同意見，本次會議將分成4到5次舉辦 :

  a. Division ACGH combined meeting—English only.

     北區ACGH部聯合訓練會議

  b. Division E meeting—English only  

      E部訓練會議

  c. Division B & I meeting—English only.

      B & I部聯合訓練會議

  d. Division D—English only.

      D部訓練會議

  f. Division F one or two meetings—Mandarin only.

     F部訓練會議(1-2場) 中文訓練會
　

5. Subsidy: as previous policy, but also consider the real expenditure of meeting. (Expenditure can’t over the subsidy,

     and if true expenditure is less than subsidy, District will pay the real expenditure only.) 

    補助辦法：同第一次，但也要考慮實際支出。依參加幹部多少而領到的補助款不能多於實際支出數。此時總會只能依實際支出數目補助。
　

6. Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization, so, any profit or surplus is not allowed after any meeting or activity.

    (This is a kind of training for leadership.) Surplus may against the big flag of “non-profit”, even produce trouble in the future.

國際演講會為非營利機構，因此今後任何會議或節目都不能有節餘情況存在。
(這也是一種領導技巧的訓練。) 個人認為，會議後有節餘，除抵觸非營利的目的外，也可能造

成日後麻煩事件之發生。
