會員成就名牌頒發辦法
　 　

Dear Leaders,
各位領導先進：

We have a new policy for providing name badge to members who have won the educational achievement awards.
 各位關心已久的教育成就名牌問題已經有方案了。

 For the change of product in WHQ shop catalog (Some items suspended), avoiding waste (Double and mis-applying), over loading of secretary' work and limited District budge, we decide to use the following new policy for the name badge issue. We expect your support and understanding.    
為配合總會商店的商品目錄改變 (有些商品已停售了)，避免浪費(錯誤及重複申請)，減輕秘書長的工作負担以及有限的地區總會經費，今年開始將實施如下的新辦法，敬請各位支持配合。如有不便之處，也敬請見諒。 
　
A.   Continue to provide member (achievement) badge for the first recipients  of CC  educational  achievement. They need to keep the badge well for further use.
今年仍將提供第一次獲得CC教育成就獎的會員一個全新的會員(成就)各牌。請會員要妥善保存此名牌，以備日後使用。
　
B. WHQ provides Member (Achievement) badge and DTM badge only, but   they provide self-adhesive badge attachments for all other awards. So, we  will provide an encouraging badge attachment for the member who got AC or CL & AL awards since this term. We believe that they have member  achievement badges already. They will use this self-adhesive badge attachment to their old CC badge. 
因為世界總會商店只供售會員成就名牌及DTM名牌，其他的認證只供售名牌附件(如CL, ALB, ACB)，提供會員自行粘貼使用。因此，今年度起獲得 AC, CL, AL 等教育獎時，總會只提供相關的自粘的名牌配件，以奬勵會員。然後會員自行粘貼在原有的CC名牌上。 相信今年獲進階獎的人都在以前得到CC名牌。
　
C.  We will order the badges twice a year:
預定每年採購兩次：
　 First time: We will order the badges for the award recipients whose name was put on the  “educational achievement name list” on the TI website on Nov. 30, 2008. Then we will distribute it in Dec 2008.
 第一次：今年十一月三十日，依世界總會網路公佈的名單，直接向總會商店訂 購，預訂今年十二月發放。

Second time: We will order the badges for the award recipients whose name was put on the “educational achievement name list” on the TI website on May 30, 2009. We also open to the members who will get their CC or AC, AL during the month of June 2009. The club President need to  submit their name and award title to District secretary before May 15 2009. We'll distribute the badge in Jun. 2009.
 第二次：明年五月三十一日，依世界總會網路公佈的名單，直接向總會商店訂 購。但也開放給預計明年六月份會獲得CC,AC 或AL的會員。請會長將可能獲獎的名單及頭銜在五月中呈報總會祕書。預訂六月發放。
