Dear Leaders and Fellow
Members: In order to support the efforts on chartering new clubs and saving weak clubs, we need to recruit some passionate members to be the mentors of new clubs or coaches for weak clubs. If you are cc above and have been a club officer for more than 6 months, you are the best candidate! In the meantime, you will get the credit (one of the requirements) to get ALS recognition! 為了支持創新會與救弱會，我們需要徵召一些充滿熱忱的新會指導與救援教練。倘若你具備中級演講員的資格，並曾擔任分會以上幹部六個月以上，你就是擔任這些職務的最佳候選人。同時你也取得了成為銀牌高級領導員必要資格之一新會指導或救援教練的認證！ If you are willing to accept this challenge, please make the registration to your Div. Governor by 10/15 and the Division Governor can also inform the District Governor Marian and me so that each Governor will have a volunteer pool to help him/her charter new clubs and save weak clubs! 如果你願意接受此一挑戰，請於十月十五日前向你的部總監報名，並請部總監將名單通知蕭總會長與本人，這樣一來，每位部總監就有一個人才庫來幫忙創會與救會。 Dedicating your talents to help others achieve personal growth through Toastmasters programs is the most rewarding experience!
