Dear Leaders:
It would be my great honor
to serve you in the coming year in the District Marketing team! From the
attached list, you could tell that we have a very strong team with
capable team members this year! Our jobs, in short, are chartering new
clubs, saving weak clubs and promoting Toastmasters in Taiwan! We need
your participation and support so that we could do our job more
effective and fruitful! If you know there will be a chance to charter
a club or you believe a certain club is rather weak, please let us know!
The following announcements will need your attention:
1. In order to encourage
the chartering of the first club in this term, our District Governor,
Marian Hsiao, wants me to announce that the first chartering club
will receive a 5,000 NT$ prize! Please grasp this
chance to get this award!
2. We will hold three
workshops in Kaohsiung , Taichung and Taipei in the morning on 9/6(Sat.),
9/7(Sun.), and 9/13( Sat.) respectively, focusing on "how
to charter a new club" and " how to save a weak club"!
Details will be announced when it is ready. For your information, the
workshop will be on the same day for advanced manual speech training in
the afternoon!
I am convinced that we will
have another fruitful year and your life will be even more "colorful"!
