教育副總會長當選人 林義雄 的感謝

    First of all, I'll pay my deeply appreciation and gratitude to all of you for electing me as LGET of D-67 for 2008-2009. It's another challenge for me but also another opportunity for me to serve all of you.
首先，對各位的支持，使我當選為下屆教育及訓練副總會長，在此，容我向各位表達衷心的敬佩與感激之意。這是對我的新挑戰，也是另一種服務各位的機會。

    As a LGET officer, my duties are as following points:
    擔任LGET的職責有下述幾點：

Accomplishment of district educational goals and achievement of Distinguished District.
So, I need to provide many educational training programs to help members with willing and knowing to deliver more speeches and finish their new CL project to get more CC, AC and CL award.
實現地區總會的教育目標及以達到傑出地區總會之任務。
因此，我需要提供很多訓練課程，以幫助會員有意願並瞭解發表更多篇的演講及達成新CL的課程，以獲得更多的AC、CC及CL榮銜。

Promote achievement of CC, AC and New CL award.
So, I prepare to purchase many gifts from T.I. as encouragement award.  
推展CC、AC及CL獎狀榮銜。
我計劃向總會購買許多禮品當為鼓勵性的獎勵。
　

Plan, organize and direct the district training program.
So, invite more outstanding members as trainer and organize an educational committee to plan suitable training programs to improve our weak area, like judge's training, contest rule training, advanced communication manuals' training and new Leadership manual's training.
計畫、組織及主導地區總會的訓練課程。
我要邀請更多的優秀訓練講師及組織教育訓練委員會，計畫適當的訓練課程，以改善過去的弱點，例如，裁判講習、比賽規則講習、新領導手册及進階溝通手册訓練等。
