教育副總會長蕭敏環向各位問好：

 

1. The official International Proxies are coming. It was mailed on March 29 to every club president in a blue envelope with the words:"IMPORTANT PROXY INFORMATION" on it. Please sign your name on it and pass it to your division governors or me in Spring Convention. District will represent you to cast the vote on August 15 in 2008 Toastmasters International Convention held in Calgary, Canada. 

 

世界總會選票委託書已於三月２９日寄給各分會會長，預計會長們在這個星期會陸續收到。這是藍色信封印上「IMPORTANT PROXY INFORMATION」字樣的信件。收到後，請在上面簽名，交給部總監，或在春季大會時交給我。今年８月，我們會在加拿大(卡加利)所舉行的世界大會上，代表各位選出下屆國際理事。

 

2. District 67 needs your help to push your members to get more CCs and ACs to achieve our District goal. Please apply for the awards when members have finished their C10, A10, 20 or 30 speeches. In Spring Convention, District will present awards to top seven clubs which have won the most CC+AC and OCL awards from WHQ.(please see the message below)

 

總會急需大家的幫忙，鼓勵會員們多做演講，以達成傑出總會目標。在會員們完成十講，進階十講，二十講或三十講時，請馬上為他們申請中（高）級演講員頭銜。總會在春季大會將頒獎給前七名分會。詳情請看下面訊息。
