先祝各位新春新氣象！本人在過年前夕，先跟大家報告一個好消息。
Happy Chinese New Year! I'd like to tell you the good news before the
vacation.
感謝大家的支持與幫忙，台灣雙聲代國際演講會目前已有十七位創會會員，現只剩三個創會會員名額即可成立。我們相信在大家的奔相走告、鼎力支持下，本會成立之日將指日可待。
Thanks for all your support and help, there are 17 charter members in
our Taiwan Toastmasters club now! We just need 3 more charter
members to make it! We believe that our bilingual toastmasters club will
be chartered soon under your fully support and eagerness to invite your
friends to join us.
我們有信心將在這未來兩個月的期間，招募到足夠的會員並完成申報手續。
二月過年期間，我們將在二月十九日舉辦中文會議。
三月則有兩次英語會議的時間，分別是三月四日及三月十八日。
We have the confidence that
we will enroll enough charter members in two months.
In February, we will hold a mandarin meeting on Feb 19th In
March, we will hold two English meetings on Mar 4th and 18th.
身為台灣雙聲代國際演講會發起人，我與稟彬會友帶著興奮的心情，禁不住想先跟各位報告：兩會的心血結晶，幾經難產，現在終於即將誕生了！我們也預計將在四月一日舉辦
台灣雙聲代國際演講會成立大會，該大會將以中文為主要語言。先籲請各位預先在您的行程表上騰出晚上七點到九點的時間，一起來慶賀這個大喜的日子。

planning to hold our charter presentation on April 1st, in
which mandarin will be the main language. Please mark your schedule and
come to join us to celebrate!

wisdom often appears slow-witted and still water runs deep. Therefore,
we set the fool's day as our official charter date.
