Dear presidents and Vice Presidents- Education:
I'm writing this letter to cordially invite all of you to join
the charter ceremony of Medical Group Toastmasters Club from
12:00 to 2:30 on Thursday, March 13th. MGTC is a club
established by Lt. Governor Marketing, Dr. James Lin. James
found that there is a need for the medical community to improve
their communication and leadership skills; hence, MGTC was
born. Currently, there are close to thirty members and most of
them are either doctors or their family members. However, the
club is open to interested parties who are not in the medical
profession.
Even though there are many senior toastmasters from FYTC helping
our club to get on track, we still need all of you to give us
some words of encouragement. Please make every effort to attend
the ceremony. Your attendance will be our club's greatest
honor. Other than the charter ceremony, we have also invited
speech champions Hubert and Allan Lo to deliver demonstration
speeches. I anticipate a great performance from them and it
would be a shame if you miss it.
