九月份的重要工作 |

Dear All,
How
are you recently? Time flies, hot Summer day is going over and
temperature is gradually dropping down. So, now is a good season for
us to start our work.
As
the duty of LGM and during the month of Sept, I have responsibility
remind our Leaders about the following events:

| 1. | Smedley's Award: |
Every Club
recruits 5 new members during Aug. & Sept. (within these 2 months) will
win this Award. A very beautiful Award (ribbon) which c可n be hung on
Club's banner. Deadline: Sept. 30, 2007. |
| 2. | Club dues renewals: |
Try to
submit your club's dues renewal ASAP. The submission have better
finished before Sept. 15 to avoid busy time during the end of this month
and to allow enough times to solve some mistakes
which sometime happened.

Marketing
training on Sept 8. (Saturday) 11:30 AM to 13:30 AM
(The same day of 2 nd District Excom meeting):
We will
review the keys and procedures to build a new Toastmasters Club. We
will discuss and shareyour experience in trying to build a new Club
in your Area.

推廣副總會長的職責以及正值九月期間，我有責任提醒各位領導人以下的節目；

| 1. | Smedley Award： |
(記念國際演講會的創會者)：每一分會在八月及九月二個月中，招募到五位新會員時，將可以獲得彩帶一條。此彩帶可以掛在會旗上。
最後期限為九月三十日。 |
| 2. | 半年會費繳納： |
請儘速繳納，並請在月中前繳付，以避免月底網路賽車以及發生錯誤時有時間改正。

| 3. | 推廣訓練： |
在九月八日(週六)
11:30-13:30AM 此次訓練課程將討論創立新會的要訣及程序。我們將有時間請各位提出過去二個月試圖創新會的經驗及建議。
