Greetings from Lieutenant Governor Education and Training, Marian Hsiao.

教育副總會長蕭敏環向大家問好。

 

Many of you might be interested in knowing more about Competent Leadership Manual so that you can tell your fellow members how to do the 10 CL projects.  For this purpose, District education and training team has arranged a CL workshop in Taipei, Taichung, and Kaohsiung. The Taichung workshop is on the afternoon of July 29. We expect that all presidents and EVPs in Central Taiwan can attend the workshop.   

各位可能想要多了解中級領導課程的內容，以便可以在分會中協助會友完成手冊中的十個單元。為了這個目的，總會教育訓練團隊擬在台北，台中，高雄舉辦一個"認識中級領導課程"研討會。台中的研討會是在七月二十九日下午。台灣中部各分會會長及教育副會長請務必參加。F 部各分會可派五位幹部參加。

 

This will be a learning by doing workshop. So please study in advance the project your club is assigned. With good preparation, you'll have something worthwhile to share with other leaders and earn respect from them. At the same time you'll learn something from each other, which you can bring back to share with your club members. We will invite some experienced Toastmasters members to serve as group discussion leaders. For Division F we will prepare Chinese handouts for them.

這是從實做中學習的研討會。請務必預先閱讀每個分會被指定的單元。只要準備充分，你一定會有些好東西可與人分享並贏得尊重。同時你將從別人那兒學到一些你值得帶回去與會友分享的東西。當天我們會邀請一些資深會員來主持分組討論。F部當天會有每個單元的中文講評導引，並請加入各組互相學習。
