We would like to invite you to join the China Territorial Council's 2007 Annual Conference. 

As you may be aware, the China Territorial Council is holding our 2007 Annual Conference in Shenzhen on 26^th May 2007. 

In appreciation for the assistance provided by Toastmasters in Hong Kong and Macau to the development of Toastmasters in China, particularly in Southern China, we are making 50 tickets available for Toastmasters from Hong Kong to come join our annual conference. . 

The registration fee for these special registration are the current registration fee of RMB 450/person (for registrations by 1^st May 2007).  This registration fee includes the convention, lunch and gala banquet. Hotel package are available those who would like overnight (please see attached registration form.  

If you would be interested in becoming a dual member with a Toastmasters Club in Southern China, we can offer you a special registration rate of RMB 650 (for registrations by 1^st May).  This is a wonderful way to associate yourself with a club in China.
