I'm very happy to announce that the 10th new Toastmasters clubs ---Shih Chien University TMC---was chartered on April 24. Let's welcome them to be part of our big family.
很高興在此宣佈今年第十個新分會"實踐大學英語演講會"在四月二十四日正式成立。歡迎他們加入我們的陣容。
