擁有美國愛荷華大學法學博士學位的L.J., 具備相當豐富的講評經驗，不僅曾獲得 2005年 67區講評比賽冠軍，亦曾擔任 2006年國際演講比賽及英文幽默演講比賽的評審委員。在 Toastmasters， L.J.同時也是一位優秀的領導者，成功領導西班牙的”Achievers Toastmasters Club”和台灣的”Prestige Toastmaster Club”成為”President's Distinguished Club”。

Speaker: Dr. Chao H. Huang
Course: 360 Degree Presentation

Dr. Chao H. Huang won the second place in English Speech Evaluation Contest, which was hold by International Speech Association in 2006. Dr Huang not only successfully led the Orbiters Toastmasters Club in North California, but also had an experience in giving a speech to twenty thousand audiences at UA’s stadium in Florida. Dr. Huang earned 1 doctor’s degree in Computer Engineering and gained 3 Master degrees.  He also published more than 35 technical theses.  Currently he is the Vice President at PCNET Wire & Cable Co., LTD. and a trainer at Dr. Huang’s Speech Training Institute.

Dr. Huang had achieved the following in the speech field:
●Won Distinguish Toastmaster award (DTM) in 2005
●Won the silver medal in 2006 International Speech Association Contest.
●Represented North California to participate in West Coast Regional Humorous Speech Contest in 2006 

獲得2006年國際演講協會英文評論演講比賽台灣區亞軍的 Dr. Huang，不僅於 1995年成功帶領Orbiters演講分會成為北加州五百分會中第一，亦曾於 2003年，在美國佛羅里達州“美航體育場”對兩萬名觀眾英文演講；此外，相當博學多聞及具備豐富領導經驗的 Dr. Huang，擁有一個博士學位、三個理工碩士學位、出版超過35篇技術論文，現擔任台灣磐昌科技企業公司執行副總及“黃照寰英語演講訓練班負責人”。

Course: Think on Your Feet
The Master of Table Topic - Harrison Lee      

Harrison Lee who is the championship of English Speech Table Topic Contest in 2003 has a lot of experience of speeches at Toastmaster Club. Besides, Harrison also is a professional and humorous tour guide who is invited to teach the English of tourism in many associations.

        At the course of “Think on your feet”, Harrison will share the table topic know-how and experience with us through the variety content and demonstration.

After this course training, you may gain good tips in impromptu speech speaker in the future. 

曾獲得 2003 年全國英語即席演講比賽冠軍的 Harrison Lee，在國際英語演講會累積了數十年的演講經驗，是一位非常資深且優秀的演講大師；此外，Harrison 也是一位相當專業且幽默風趣的導遊，不僅常受邀至各單位提供旅遊相關之英文訓練，亦常帶領旅客至各個國家領略不同的文化。

Course: Effective Listening
Speaker - Helen Chen     

Helen has been a Toastmasters member for 6 years. Originally a Prestige Toastmasters member, she become the Charter President of World Mosaic Toastmasters Club in 2003. She has sponsored new clubs Taiwan Futures and the Taipei American School Gavel Club, in addition to having initiated new clubs at ChinaTrust and Taipei City Government.

She has presented topics covering the Toastmasters educational program and new member orientations. Workshops and trainings conducted by her include story telling, impromptu speaking, evaluation, mentoring, selecting a topic, hosting a contest, and introducing a speaker. She also delivers workshops in her company, Phoenix Technologies, helping software engineers with effective email writing and English presentation skills. Of all the topics her favorite is Listening Effectively.

Helen 參加 Toastmaster已經有 6年了，在這期間他贊助不少新社團，為許多新進團員做過許多示範演講與教育訓練。他所指導的課程非常廣泛，從說故事技巧、即興演說、如何做好評論到如何選擇演講的主題、舉辦競賽、介紹演講人等等。他也在任職的公司舉辦了研習會，幫助一些軟體工程師撰寫英文信件與英文簡報技巧。但是在這些之中，他最喜愛的還是有效傾聽的課程。
